It may be necessary on occasion to substitute flowers used in your floral arrangement or bouquet for flowers of a different type or colour. This may be due to a number of factors that are not possible to predict (like local flower availability in the recipients area).
We will always go out of our way to try and source the flowers that you want, but this is not always possible. Common reasons for substitutions include seasonal availability of flowers and unavailability of specific colours as displayed in our product photos.
If this is the case, we will make every effort to contact you and inform you before delivery, however, at certain busy times this may not be possible.
In the case of a substitution, we will always keep with the theme of the flowers that you wanted to send … making sure that the message that you were trying to get across to the recipient is not lost.
Also, in the case of a substitution, we guarantee to always substitute with flowers of the same or higher value.
